Chris did a spectacular job helping me find the home that fitted my needs. I sent him a letter of interest through Zillow and the next day he called me and spoke about making a plan. Although, I lived far away, he made the time to talk to me and create and effective plan to look a good number of places when I came to Chicago. Through the process he was always on top of everything and the moment we found the right place, he was ahead of everyone with the paperwork. When it came to the closing process, he knew who to contact regarding an inspection and who to call for the paperwork. It made the process alot easier. I would definitely recommend Chris if you are looking to buy or sell a house. He will be my agent when I am ready to buy a new unit or sell my current one.
