Chris was a great real estate agent to work with. He is a good listener and took the time to understand my needs. I found Chris to be very knowledgeable about all facets of the selling process. He provided great advice on how to best prepare the property to maximize the final selling price for me. He also developed a great plan to show the property, both on-line and through the “open house” phase. Chris was also an excellent communicator when we started to receive bids on the property and during the closing stage of the sale being finalized. Chris went the extra mile to complete a very thorough market analysis which helped me set a top price for the property. Bottom line is Chris was able to sell the property well above the asking price. I will certainly work with Chris on my future real estate endeavors.
