We have purchased 4 homes over our life together. Chris is, hands down, the best realtor we have had the pleasure to work with when buying our home. He was persistent in developing a clear understanding of what we wanted in a our home. He didn’t hesitate to point out shortcomings in a property that we initially liked but would have been disappointed had we purchased same. His negotiating skills where focused and respectful of us as buyers as well as the sellers. He understands the market and the value of each property we considered. He is a gem in a very crowded industry Frank & Mary Jo
