Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Chris Borsheim for a third time, coordinating the sale of our home. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and personal attention that we received. From start to finish, Chris demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication and market knowledge. Chris skillfully worked to ensure that we staged and presented our home in the best possible light, conducted an open house that was well attended, and negotiated on our behalf to ensure that we received the best possible deal possible. During the sale of our home, Chris was always available to answer questions, clarify the process and address any concerns. Chris meticulously handled paperwork, details and deadlines. As a seasoned Agent, he made sure that we were comfortable with the sales process, each step of the way. Chris truly understood our needs and tailored his services accordingly. He made us feel like we were his only clients, even though we knew that he had multiple listings. If you are looking for a Realtor who consistently goes above and beyond and understands challenging market dynamics, we wholeheartedly recommend Chris. His commitment to excellence is unmatched, and he will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. Thank you, Chris for making the sale of our home a smooth and successful journey! Jeff & Kari Hovorka
