Chris Bartlett was terrific. Ours was a very fast transaction taking place at long distance. We had a very narrow list of desires in a home and a very specific location. He found us the perfect spot in just two days. The home we chose had many unexpected and costly flaws to be corrected and the closing process was an extremely challenging one. Chris lined up all the needed inspections, and got quotes from many service providers and contractors for us to base our decision on whether to proceed to closing. He was at every step a true captain helping us to navigate a very complicated transaction. He was at all times thorough in his attention to our needs and entirely professional. He has remained in touch with us following the closing to see if we are settling in comfortably and to answer any questions we may have about our new community.
