Chris has been extremely helpful throughout the process. He has been able to offer examples of ways to negotiate, and informed me about which improvements were necessary or just helpful for the sale. Chris has gone out of his way to help with the small repair details that would be difficult for me to do, and his knowledge of local contractors from whom I could get bids for larger needed repairs saved me time, money, and a lot of headaches. The work was done well and communications with the contractor I chose were excellent. I feel that the advice Chris has given is sound and am glad I am working with him to make this sale.
