Tanya & Chris were very responsive when I needed them by phone or email. They were always patient and respectful to me, a senior citizen. In addition, they were excellent professionals in discharging all their responsibilities. They kept us up to date on the status of the interest in our property and how it compared with surrounding properties. This helped us in deciding how to make changes to it and adjust our price accordingly. They stayed even--tempered and focused on the goal by providing problem--solution collaboration when my emotions intruded into the discussion of an offer. I recommend them whole heartedly.
