I'm delighted to have the chance to recommend Chia as a realtor. She held our hand through our recent house purchase, managed our expectations, gave us timely advice, helped us lean on the gas or lean on the brake as needed, and generally gave us great guidance. In the background, she was also clearly working like crazy to handle sellers, their realtors, and the troop of other folks who get involved in the buying and selling of a home. I'm not sure that buying a home would ever qualify as an enjoyable experience, but Chia got it as close to that as I think we'll ever come! We could not have done without her. She came to us highly recommended, and we're more than happy to pass her on highly recommended!
