We were referred to Cheryl by a friend that she had helped with multiple real estate transactions. Cheryl was efficient and professional. We were selling our father's house and she understood our concerns and goals. We listed the property as a Firm Exclusive listing. Even though we listed the home right before Christmas Cheryl worked hard to share the information and we had two offers within a few days. Excellent service. Will highly recommend Cheryl and McGraw to others.
