Cheryl is the best. Cheryl and her team went above and beyond to sell my home of 30 years. They ensured my home was well taken care of throughout its time on the market. Cheryl went out of her way to stage my home in a way that highlighted all its best features. She guided me through the entire process of making my home more marketable. Not only is she professional and remarkably knowledgeable, but she is also kind, friendly, warm, and a delight to work with. She even got to know my neighbors! Right after my home went on the market, a natural disaster struck the area. Cheryl and her team checked on my home to ensure everything was okay. We collaborated to overcome the setbacks caused by the disaster and ultimately sold my home. Cheryl was a constant light in the darkness, and her perseverance is exceptional. I cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Cheryl Cenderelli and Sotheby's while selling the home where I raised my family. I highly recommend Cheryl Cenderelli and Sotheby’s.
