Sold in 3 days! We understand that a quick and stress-free sale is the result of the right buyer, a great market, and an attentive, professional agent who truly understands the island. That is what you get with Cheree! As a Kauai local, Cheree helped us both understand the current market and the type of person that our condo would resonate with. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant; however, we would like to share where Cheree truly shines. We have worked with many real estate agents in our lifetime of buying primary homes and rental properties, and Cheree was the best we have ever worked with. Cheree’s low-pressure style really put us at ease from the start, making us instantly feel like we were a team in this sale. She worked with us to identify the most cost-effective improvements we could make to ensure the most impactful result. The most important quality that Cheree brought to the table was that she was the most communicative agent we have ever worked with. She kept us updated every step of the way, which was extremely important as our primary home is on the mainland, thousands of miles away from the action of the sale. Would we work with Cheree again? In a heartbeat!
