Charmaine Martinez was diligent in remaining with me until I found the perfect property for my needs. She found an inspector and was at the property during the inspection process. I had an exact property in mind and Charmaine worked with me until we found the exact property; it met the my price point, maintenance fees were within my limits and it had a pool, washer & dryer. So I am quite happy with my overall experience and with the property.
