Charlotte Thompson began her professional career in the 80s as a hotel interior designer, working with architects and developers. Adding real estate to her career is the perfect “blend” for her next chapter. Charlotte has been able to easily determine what her buying clients are looking for and translate this to finding the perfect home for them. She is very detailed in providing viable options, both in design changes they may want in the home and budgets her clients have set--for all buyers from first time to empty nesters. In addition, she can easily, and with good design detail, help prepare her seller clients home to “show at its best” and sell quickly. There are many reasons clients buy and sell. With Charlotte’s experience and the wealth of tools provided by Dave Perry Miller, she ensures her clients understand all the phases of the sell/buy…especially the part not to celebrate until after closing. She and her husband have lived in Dallas for 27 years. They have one daughter (off the payroll), one dog (found on Greenville Avenue) and two kittens she adopted (Foster Fails) from the Foster program she volunteers with at Dallas Animal Services. Charlotte is an avid yogi, plus power walker on the Katy Trail.  Just know she will take care of you and your real estate needs as though you are part of the family, too!
