We recently sold a unit at 1505 Salter Path Rd with Bluewater. Kristie Elliott was our realtor. She was our realtor when we purchased this condo. We used her again to sell this condo. We also used her to purchase the condo we currently live in on Indian Beach. Kristie always goes above and beyond. Every experience with her is a pleasure. She is professional and always looks out for our best interests. When we purchased our first condo we were living by Charlotte, NC and could not make the trip for inspections and such. She took care of everything, made suggestions and made our purchase stress free. I consider her a friend and will gladly forward her contact to anyone looking to purchase/sell a home.
