This is now our third experience with Chad and we can't ask for more from a realtor! We were moving back from out of state and his guidance and connections were invaluable in this process. His expertise was particularly evident after we reached our agreement to purchase in attempting to make early changes and get through due diligence. Couldn't recommend him more!
