Cha Cha was an absolutely wonderful professional to work with. She found and sold us our new how and then proceeded to help us sell our old house in about 3 days!! She was helpful, encouraging, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and knows all the ins and out of Green Valley. She helped us find all of our contractors and we couldn't be happier with her integrity and professionalism. The ONLY thing that was disappointing is that both of the properties were sold through the SAME Long Realty Broker and we certainly thought the brokerage would reduce their commission to the Brokerage by a percentage point - just for good will and the fact that we worked with you on both properties in under a month.
