Using Cecile as my realtor , made the very involved process of selling a triplex , go so much smoother. There was so much involved, as it was 3 units with 3 sets of tenants and lots of variables involved. She had many handymen (which I needed) , a great photographer , and many ideas on how to present my property in the best light!
