Cathy is a wonderful agent who helped us find the right home in the right location at the right price. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to her job. While my wife and I were searching for our home, she was very helpful in setting up viewings that fit our schedule, and gave us good advice regarding features in a house that would impact the resale value in the future. During our home purchase process, she walked us through the process and even helped us find an appropriate lender and attorney for closing. She also worked very aggressively to get us the best possible price for our house during negotiations. Cathy is excellent at her job, and if you are a first time home buyer like us, she will make the entire process so much easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a home purchase.
