We cannot say enough wonderful things about Cathy! She guided us through both buying and selling our home, and her dedication throughout both processes was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we started working with her, it was clear that she genuinely cared about our family and had our best interests at heart. Cathy worked tirelessly for us, going above and beyond in every way imaginable. With four little ones in tow, selling our home presented its own unique challenges, but Cathy made the entire process seamless. Her many years of experience shine through in her remarkable attention to detail and she surrounds herself with an equally incredible team. Together they staged our house beautifully, making it shine for potential buyers. She was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or concerns - no matter how small. What truly sets Cathy apart is her thoughtfulness and personal touch. She always brought treats for our kids during visits, making what could have been a stressful process feel a lot more easy-going. Even after we moved, she went out of her way to mail us a package that had been delivered to our old house. These gestures speak volumes about her character and commitment to her clients. In today's crazy real estate market, having someone reliable and trustworthy is absolutely essential. Cathy embodies this in every way - she navigated every challenge with expertise and always kept us informed. Her professionalism, combined with her genuine care for our family, made all the difference. We would recommend Cathy to anyone looking to buy or sell their home without hesitation.
