We have done four transactions with Cathy Federer and have been impressed with her knowledge, skills and approach to the transaction. Her people skills are great. She is very thorough in her approach. She is always ahead to the process and provides us with reminders when an action is required or a deadline is approaching. She is equally skilled on the buy or the sale. I will work with Cathy on our next real estate transaction.
