Cathy Brent is a fabulous professional who communicates thoroughly and resolved any issues we had quickly. From our first meeting to the closing, Cathy provided information we needed to make our home selling decisions. We were very comfortable with her expertise and the recommendations and strategies she used in our selling process. We would highly recommend Cathy Brent for any selling/buying and would gladly contract with her in future transactions.
