Carol was outstanding from start to finish. We were focused on one specific area and she found us the right rental, which was no small task in that market. Her knowledge of the neighborhood is exceptional, and the relationships she has built genuinely opened doors for us. She always gave us honest guidance. What we appreciated most was how present she stayed throughout. She was giving us regular check ins, replied really quickly to every question, however small, and was warm and easy to talk to at every stage. Her advice was consistently sound and always in our interest. We would recommend Carol without hesitation. Genuine expertise paired with genuine kindness, and she made the whole process far smoother and faster than we expected.
