Carol Richardson's service as a Realtor was excellent. Without in the least trying to steer us, she offered guidance in the most tactful way possible. She informed us of trends in pricing, discussed the ins and outs of inspections, carried messages to and from the sellers, and was infinitely patient while we looked at house after house after house.
