I contacted Carol when we were unhappy with our Agent from Jeff Cook Real Estate. Within 30 minutes after speaking to her and describing what we were looking for, she called me back an had a house that just went on the market. That was more than the other Agent ever did for us. Apparently, Jeff Cook Agents send you MLS listings and it's up to you to find the house. Needless to say, she got us into this house even though they already had an offer and we were able to put our own offer in on this house. We now own the house. I cant say enough about how pleased we are with Carol and the things she did for us including referring us to a Mortgage agent and Homeowners Insurance agent with Caroline One. Thank You Carol!
