As a newcomer relocating to the area from an overseas assignment, I had a short window for house hunting. My research showed limited inventory and a sellers market. Carol Buchanan did a terrific job educating me on neighborhoods and the overall market. She found several possibilities and advised me as I chose a property and made an offer that was accepted. She guided me through the process when I returned to Jordan and really set me up for success.
