Thinking back on the past 11 months is almost a pleasure, no kidding. You were always the consummate professional, but we also connected on a more personal level. So, please, dont be embarrassed, but Id like to thank you in writing so you know for sure how much we appreciate your help from beginning to end. You had other clients along the way, but we always felt we had at least 100% of your attention. We always imagined it would be a total nightmare to do a major spruce-up of our 111-year old Victorian family home and put it on the market. So, we procastinated for years. But as soon as we followed a friends recommendation to contact you, you outlined the entire selling process for us in detail and made it all seem possible. You consulted on what repairs and cosmetic work would get the most bang for our buck. When I called you in a panic as the painters stood by, you used your considerable decorating talents to suggest paint colors (so many friends and realtives have raved over the paints and want to use the same ones in their homes). Later you offered valuable advice about staging so that our historic home would keep its charm but also appeal to younger buyers. And lets not forget the fabulous photos you took of the house during three seasons, so it would be shown off to its very best. We were especially impressed with your expertise during the all-important decision of listing price, your enthusiasm during open houses and your masterful handling of the mulitple bid situation that let to an accepted offer at a better price than we had even hoped for. Kudos to you! In short, you were our coach, cheerleader and constant guardian angel.
