Real Estate is something I have always been passionate about. I am committed to listening to the diverse needs of my clients and utilizing my bilingual skills to ensure a stress-free transaction. As a Windermere Group One Realtor, I truly look forward to helping clients achieve their goals. Since the age of 19, I have bought and sold homes from the consumer and investor side. The most rewarding part of searching for that perfect home is finding the best price for the property. Whether you are buying your first home or seeking that luxury residence, the experience will be seamless when you work with me. I have lived in Umatilla/Morrow County since 1990. Since living here for a while now, I understand the intangible benefits of life in this area such as its unmatched community, culture, and diversity. In addition to being a local expert, I also have obtained many community connections over the years. As a mother of 5 amazing kids, and a homeowner myself, I understand that your home is more than just a place to live – it is where you make long-lasting memories. Before real estate and most currently, I found myself working for the Port of Morrow for the last 25 years. Being committed to my clients and listening to their diverse needs is something I am passionate about. Outside of real estate I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, being outdoors, and watching good movie.

We had a wonderful experience working with Carmen. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to really listen to our needs, answered every question with patience, and always kept me updated along the way. What stood out most was her dedication—whether it was scheduling showings around my availability, negotiating to get me the best deal, or offering honest advice, I always felt like I was in great hands. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Thanks to Carmen we found the perfect home, and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Carmen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—you won’t be disappointed!
