Carmen is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable of the market, current conditions, and what it takes to put forth a winning bid. As a first-time buyer, she made the process so easy and understandable. I am truly amazed by her negotiation skills! Carmen is incredibly responsive and just an overall pleasure to work with. Highly, highly recommend working with her!!
