Carmen Allen is an engaging, experienced, effective and extremely professional residential real estate broker. My wife and I retained Carmen to sell an investment property in the South Loop three years ago. She was on point in terms of what the property should list for; what it should sell for; and how long it would be on the market. She sold the unit quickly and for more money than we anticipated. When we decided to sell our Gold Coast residence this year, we immediately retained Carmen again. We are confident that she will get this deal done in a timely manner and at a price that works for us. My wife and I recommend Carmen Allen without hesitation, and are glad to serve as references.
