Carmela was phenomenal to work with!!! She was the perfect combination of caring and highly organized. We closed on our home sale and home purchase on the same day both 30 day escrows, because of her knowledge, skill and great work ethic. We feel blessed to have worked with Carmela…she is an iron fist in a velvet glove when it comes to negotiation earning us more than we expected on our sale and saving us more than we imagined possible on our purchase. We will recommend her to everyone we know.
