Carly and her team were fantastic. She was very patient as I changed my target criteria on a property purchase. We spent many weekend days together visiting properties. I appreciated that she was willing to share her opinion vs. just ask for mine. I never felt pressured during the process. When it came to negotiations, we had many discussions on strategy and tactics. Ultimately, she negotiated the deal for the property I wanted at the price we had agreed to up front. Would highly recommend her.
