Carlen did a great job throughout the process of getting our home. We came in with unclear and changing requirements and she worked with us to figure out exactly what we wanted and supported us all the way. She did a great job of quickly scheduling tours and ultimately I think this was the defining factor in us winning the house we got in a competitive market for the area we were looking in.
