When we embarked on our first home-buying journey, we started by simply attending open houses. It was at one of these, several years ago, that we first encountered Candace, who was representing the seller. What struck us, even after visiting over a hundred other homes, was how distinctly Candace stood out. Her exceptional qualities led us to seek her out specifically for buyer representation. We were searching for a realtor who was incredibly knowledgeable, highly experienced, and possessed a wonderfully positive demeanor—and Candace embodied all of these. She was consistently responsive, always ready to answer our questions, whether it was late at night or on weekends, and she tirelessly looked out for our best interests. Working with Candace was a truly positive experience, and we are delighted to have found our go-to realtor for all future needs.
