We were very very pleased with Candace as our realtor. She was very engaged with us and our potential buyers. Our home sold for $65k over asking price which was an all time historical high in our community even though it was one of the smaller floor plans. Candace's attention to detail, how she marketed our home, and expertise in preparing our home for market was the best I have ever experienced. She was absolutely amazing.
