Cammy was born and raised not just in the Upstate of South Carolina but right between the very reasons most folks desire coming to the area...the lakes! Her family spent time in all four glorious seasons camping, swimming and fishing on lakes Keowee, Hartwell, and Jocassee. Finishing college locally she chose to stay in Seneca for its great small town attributes and especially because family is everything. A licensed REALTOR® in South Carolina since 2001 her background includes working for the global real estate network of RE/MAX, and nine years with John Hamrick Real Estate, the Exclusive Developer for the Crescent Communities on Lake Keowee. Since joining Allen Tate Realtors (formerly known as 1st Choice Realty in 2009) she has used her "native by birth" knowledge of the area as well as the experience of working side by side with the Broker and developers of all the Crescent Communities on Lake Keowee to make finding your dream property little easier. A strong listing side agent as well, Cammy has the support of other top professional marketing vendors to enhance your property with high resolution photography and international website exposure. As a member of both the Western Upstate MLS and the Georgia MLS her listings populate on websites worldwide instantly. And if you are a dog lover be sure to ask her about her about "Sammi-Girl", her Boykin Spaniel whose breed was designated as the official state dog of South Carolina in 1985. Licensed in South Carolina and Georgia
