Grant Snyder was my real estate agent who helped sell my mother‘s home in Roanoke Virginia. I live in California so he was assisting me on the ground. Grant was absolutely exceptional across the board with all the traits you look for in a real estate agent. Very friendly, respectful unbelievably responsive through email, text and phone. Extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market in Roanoke and very well respected with other agents. There was a few unseen bumps in the road with my mom‘s house including some foundation issues. Grant was very resourceful and solution driven by finding us a contractor and company who could do the work and gave us an estimate that we then baked into the sale price of the home. He was very creative in the way which he looked at any unforeseen hiccups and was very patient and focused throughout the entire process. If I had to sum it up, Grant is very trustworthy, extremely responsive, and always positive in the way he approaches real estate. I couldn’t recommend Grant enough and if I ever buy a piece of property in the Roanoke area he will definitely be my real estate agent. Jeff B
