We can't say enough good things about Buzz Moran! He took over our listing from another agent (who was on maternity leave) at the very worst possible time - right at the beginning of the COVID-19 shutdown. Though the market was slow with "open houses" disallowed, he worked tirelessly within the constraints of the pandemic, was optimistic, and communicated promptly and often. After other agents left lights on and doors unlocked, Buzz went to our house after every showing to make sure everything was in order. He had creative ideas on how best to present our home and what kind of buyer would appreciate its character. He knows people-psychology but never lowered himself to manipulative tactics or pressure. He has the confidence from his vast experience in the industry that "for every house there is a right buyer." Being a local family man himself and in real estate for 17 years, Buzz knew which offers to decline and which to negotiate. He also worked well with other agents, so we ended up with a stress-free closing. For the few items needing repair, Buzz contracted the specialists to get the jobs done well and in time for settlement. We are so happy that Buzz facilitated the passing on of our beloved home to the perfect buyers. We have only good feelings about the whole process and give Buzz the highest recommendation possible. If you want a personable and caring agent with a stellar work ethic, integrity, and insight, look no further than Buzz Moran.
