We have purchased two homes recently, one in Highlands and the other in Cashiers. In both cases we worked with Brooks Kittrell, our Berkshire Hathaway agent and it was great! First, Brooks was very patient and with us, we looked at many properties before making our final decisions. Once made he handled everything related to the transactions which was painless for us. I would highly recommend working with Brooks and his team at Berkshire Hathaway if you are considering buying or selling a home.
