Our experience with Brian was outstanding. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about the area of Maple Lawn and has such attention to detail. He alerted us about a house that wasn't on the market yet and met us at the property the same day. We fell in love with the house- meeting everything on our Wishlist. Brian made himself available on weekends/ nights when we wanted to see the house again to confirm this was the right house. Brian had timely followed up on our questions and was a solid negotiator. What is even more important, Brian was present for appraisal, inspections and anything else that was needed- very attentive.
