Brian was an invaluable agent during our property search. He is very knowledgeable with the many facets associated with buying property. Specifically he understands and has a firm grasp of the following: - Technical aspects associated with septic and well requirements. - The various townships and small communities in the surrounding Traverse City area and there pros and cons. - Easements, setbacks, zoning and utility concerns. - Builders in the area and which ones are reputable. - The closing process and associated paper work, such as the land deed. - Financial requirements associated with purchasing real estate (construction loans, mortgages, LMAs, etc). The above list is but an example of the breath of knowledge Brian possesses. As a result, he played a pivotal role in not only understanding, up front, what my wife and I were looking for but helped us find a property that met our objectives. I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent for anyone looking to purchase either property or a home in the Traverse City region.
