I want to call out Brian's exemplary service. Brian and I met about 2 years ago, and I gave him the lofty (and at times Impossible) task of finding me a home in Independence. Through several near misses, frustratingly low quality listings, and far too much gas mileage, he persisted and never showed frustration or annoyance at my insistence on finding a home in Independence. I will always appreciate Brian's patience as we went through countless homes, and I can't thank him enough for all his work getting me to my home. His kindness and enthusiasm kept me going when at times I wanted to give up on searching for a home. He never made me feel like a client, but more like a member of his family. I hope to recommend him to friends and family in the future, and if I ever decide to move again, Brian will be the first to know.
