As a single person, the thought of buying a home seemed out of reach. Brett who I had met years prior always stayed in touch and when I was finally ready to take a shot at buying, he was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful every step of the way and trust me when I saw I peppered him with questions and have no patience. His responsiveness and knowledge and genuine interest in helping me find a great home for myself was unmatched. I truly now consider him a friend and could never express my gratitude to him.
