Experience As a lifelong practitioner of building relationships, I am energized by helping, communicating, and providing exceptional customer service to my clients. I am decisive, action-oriented, and a proactive problem solver. My executive career in the hotel franchise and senior living industries afforded my family opportunities to live in great cities- Denver, Colorado; Melbourne, Australia; and the Washington, D.C. suburb of Bethesda, Maryland. I fully understand the excitement and concerns that accompany a move. Since 2018, I have sold over $86 million of residential real estate. I have established relationships with contractors, attorneys, and other service providers vital to a successful home sale or purchase. I would be honored to serve you and your family. I am here to help you settle into your new home and community. About Me I am outgoing and socially minded; friends tell me I can be pretty darn fun! I have loved and laughed with my wife, Lee Ann, for over 40 years. We have moved to seven different cities, bought and sold nine homes, raised two wonderful daughters, welcomed two sons-in-law and two grandsons. I am deeply committed to our community and believe that sharing, volunteering, and providing leadership are essential to enjoying where you live. Asheville provides a rich way of life, balancing nature, great food and beer, creativity, music, arts, entertainment, and genuine people. Welcoming to all, Asheville offers abundant opportunities to engage with the community, experience creativity, and appreciate the beauty of the Western North Carolina mountains. There is truly something new to discover every day. Let me show you! "Brent is the most industrious and attentive real estate agent we have ever met. He is second to none, in efficiency, local knowledge, integrity and willingness to assist his client. I cannot say enough about his performance in every aspect. Nor can I conceive there is anyone out there better than him." Joe Valenti, Tampa/Asheville (Buyer) "Brent is the best of the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, a delight to be with and he was full of enthusiasm and excitement. He's the real deal and we are so grateful he was our Realtor®." Patti Strelec (Seller) "Brent has been, and remains, to be an asset to the real estate sales force of not only Beverly- Hanks but the city of Asheville. He truly cares and is so very respectful of his position." Alan and Suzy Laibson (Buyer)
