Brenna has an excellent understanding of the house market. We got the first house we put an offer in on. Brenna knew it was an excellent house that was in great shape and knew it would go quickly. She made recommendations with our purchase offer and throughout the contract without being pushy or making us feel pressured. She gives honest, objective advice based on things she has seen happen with other offers/contracts. She has a great attention to detail during the walk-through regarding things in the house that are valuable or not. Brenna was quick with paperwork and moving the process along after making our offer. She was in constant contact, explaining what she was working on and what our next step would be. Brenna is professional and laid-back at the same time, which makes her very approachable, and has helped in relieving nerves with our first home. I would highly recommend her as a realtor!!
