I had the pleasure of working with Brendan on a land purchase in Southern Arizona where I represented the buyer and Brendan represented the seller. Brendan engaged throughout the entire process in a way that was very professional and effective. He communicated effectively and in a timely manner. Every single time I initiated contact with Brendan via email, text or phone, he was quick to respond and provide useful information. I represent a lot of buyers and Brendan is the type of agent that I hope to work with. I genuinely hope our paths will cross again in future transactions here in Arizona. He is a top agent.
