Hello and welcome to Bree Richesin's profile page! If you've made it this far, you and Bree probably share two things in common: a love of Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley, and a passion for finding your ideal home. And now that you're here, you might as well get to know me a bit better. Bree is a San Joaquin Valley native, married to a Valley native, and is a proud mother of two. Her roots in this region run deep and Bree draws on her background every day in her work. Each of Bree's work experiences has helped her develop a reputation as a realtor's realtor. Ask around and other agents will tell you that if you are working with Bree, you are not only in capable hands, you are getting someone who "gets it" about the needs of a customer. Ask her clients and they'll talk about her kindness, optimism, and energy and how she brings significant value added to her deals. If you ask Bree, she'll speak of gratitude: Gratitude that she is in a career wherein her expertise is a tangible help to others. Gratitude that she gets to work at a job that brings her joy. And gratitude that her background and experiences all helped shaped her as a real estate pro. Bree shares, "Working as a child in my family's lighting business gave me a strong work ethic and a respect for others. My father taught me that no job is too small. Starting at age 10, I did every single job there was to do, whether in a warehouse, an office, or in the field. I was on the sales floor at age 14 and learned from my family the proper way to treat a customer. I didn't realize it at the time, but even the skills I gained in staging new construction houses with lights gives me a sizable advantage today with staging a house in a way that gets lots of looks and clicks. Everything I learned in my family's business has helped me as a realtor." "Later, working as a lifeguard helped me to keep a level head in a crisis and to respond to people quickly. Working as an event planner taught me the organizational skills to coordinate all of the moving parts in a complex transaction--there is a lot to juggle and you need to be engaged at every level! And competing as a college swimmer brought out a desire in me to compete, knowing that when I do well, my teammates do well and vice versa. Swimming also taught me to appreciate the daily grind of self-improvement and focusing on all the details that really pay off down the road. Working as a swim coach, I was tough and knew how to get the best out of people, but I knew that it had to be done in a way that made them feel supported and cared for. Again, respect." "Working as a transaction coordinator and in property management helped me empathize with the other people realtors work with during a transaction. One thing I've learned to do well is anticipate problems and handle them before they become a headache. Going back to my time as a lifeguard, you're in this situation where 99% of the time people are having so much fun, but you're always on the lookout for danger and potential problems. In swimming, the danger isn't in what you see, but in what you don't see. You have to know what to look for. I bring that mentality to real estate. I know where the snags are. I know when a deal is a good one or a bad one. I won't advise you to get a house just to get a sale." Most of all, Bree is grateful to be working in this special place and with a locally-owned company like Realty Concepts. It's a lot easier to be in sales when what you're selling involves access to beaches, mountains, vineyards, outdoor sports, and the West Coast lifestyle. A California girl at heart, Bree wouldn't be anywhere else and it would be her pleasure to give you the keys to your dream.
