We have now worked with Brandon on 2 home purchases and the sale of one home over the span of almost ten years, and I can't imagine trusting these important decisions to anyone else. He is truly a professional and is extremely knowledgeable about the entire real estate process, from landing on the right price and offer, to negotiating and working through all of the minute details that must be completed to get to closing. Brandon was extremely patient with us as we explored several different suburbs as well as the city over many years. His guidance is the reason we were able to beat out other offers on our current house, without overspending. Having been through several of his own home renovations, he is also very knowledgeable about any repairs or renovations that might need to be done - always having an answer when i would ask "can I do x to this house? how much would it cost?" Just one example of how Brandon goes above and beyond - when I asked to look at comps for a property - Brandon provided notes on all of the similar houses in the area, including those we had seen previously and what both my husband and I thought of each one - going back more than 2 years. We are so grateful to Brandon for getting us into our dream home, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
