Brandi was great. Made the process as easy as it could be. Responsive even when displaced by a hurricane!
I am a dedicated real estate professional with over 22 years of experience serving the Western North Carolina community. Since beginning my career in 2004, I have facilitated hundreds of transactions with a total sales volume exceeding $100 million. My approach is defined by a commitment to being actively engaged in every aspect of the process to ensure my clients achieve their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Communications, and Marketing from Western Carolina University, where I graduated Cum Laude. This academic foundation provides me with the strategic communication skills necessary to navigate complex negotiations and effectively market properties. I specialize in luxury homes and residential real estate, and I have been recognized as a Top 100 Realtor in the WNC region for multiple years. My professional success is supported by a commitment to personal wellness and community connection. I stay centered and energized through F45 Fitness and by maintaining strong relationships with those closest to me. These activities allow me to bring passion and high energy to my work. I also enjoy multiple book clubs, playing with my Mah-jongg group, spending time with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Nash, and exploring the mountains of Western North Carolina. I am deeply invested in the growth and well-being of my community. I have served as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of WNC for over eight years and a volunteer with both Hearts with Hands and Meals on Wheels of Buncombe County. By maintaining a structured and efficient workflow, I ensure that I can stay fully committed to both my professional duties and my community leadership roles. My goal is to remain a reliable, results-oriented resource for those interested in buying or selling a home in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
