Brad was a genuine pleasure to work with. He offered great advice and always acted in my best interests rather than trying for a quick close at any cost. Most impressively, Brad managed to get a firm offer meeting my terms based entirely on a remote video showing for a buyer out of town. I strongly recommend Brad.
