We cannot say enough good things about the sale of our first home and having Brad Matthes as our realtor. This was our first time selling a home so we had many questions and concerns and no matter the time of day Brad always made sure he made himself available to help answer all the questions and bring ease to any concerns that we may have had.Brad took the time to explain the process and all the steps that had to happen.Brad & The Hacking team did such an amazing job on the photos and write up of our home that between showings and open houses we had over 80 groups come through and on offers day we received 9 offers! We got over asking and we couldn’t have been more than pleased with the whole process! Now we get to start our journey of finding our next home & we now that Brad will do all he can to find us the perfect home!If you need to sell or buy a home we highly suggest contacting Brad!
